Pacific Northwest Hazards

This session introduces the full range of hazards outlined in the King County Regional Hazard Mitigation Plan. Hazards include earthquakes, severe weather, landslides, flooding, wildfire smoke, extreme heat, volcanic ash, hazardous materials, and other region specific risks. All hazards are discussed, with stronger focus on the issues most relevant to West Hill. Participants learn how these hazards affect the community and what actions reduce risk at home.
